We are looking for a personable, experienced telesales professional to join our team. In this role, you will provide expert advice and information to our potential customers regarding a variety of products and services offered by our company and clients. You will play a key role in increasing our profitability and sales revenue through excellence in customer service and an informed, consultative approach to selling and client conversion.


The Role

  • Call and update contact details for clients
  • Sell print, online and mobile advertising space to low revenue clients
  • Log all daily activities in Sales Force
  • Ensure both quality and quantity of contracts is achieved as set out in the running Canvass Plan / Metrics
  • Ensure client retention and growth and also penetration
  • Collect and follow up payments from assigned clients
  • Enrich Database by adding  new companies into the system
  • Undertake any other duties that may be assigned by Management



University degree or its equivalent preferably in a business related field


A High achiever with a proven track record as a Tele/Sales executive for a minimum period of two (2) years
