I started my training career in 1991 as a lecturer at Egerton University. I taught there for 12 years (up to 2003) and then moved to the business sector where I was employed as the training manager at International Energy Technik Ltd (an engineering firm in Nairobi). Then 18 months later (2004) I went into self-employment - initially in partnership with other colleagues and then later on my own (from Sept 2006). In my corporate training career, I have conducted very many workshops for companies in different sectors including power generation, manufacturing and communications.
